If you decide to have us do the job, ship or deliver the guitar to us. Once we receive the instrument we’ll will review the repairs needed, confirm the necessary repairs and cost for the repair. We will contact you after the physical review for your confirmation to proceed. All costs will be disclosed before any work begins.
After Approval and work is completed we'll contact you for payment before shipping your instrument back to the you if shipping is necessary.
